What we are, what we aren’t
Imperial is a delivery service. There’s no storefront to walk into — the address on our paperwork is a dispatch point, not a shop. Everything leaves by driver or by mail.
Two decades in, the thing we’re actually known for is boring: the Gold eighth is the same Gold eighth every time. When a shelf runs dry we say so. We don’t quietly swap in something cheaper and hope you don’t notice.
Every batch arrives with a COA covering potency, pesticides, heavy metals and residual solvents. Ask the driver or email us and we’ll send the PDF for what’s in your bag.
Drivers are ours, not a gig app. That’s why you get a text when we’re outside instead of a dropped pin and a shrug.

THE LEGAL PART
21+, adult-use, no card needed
New York’s adult-use rules mean anyone 21 or older with valid government ID can order — no medical card, no clinic, no doctor’s letter. ID gets checked at the door, every time, no exceptions and no arguing with the driver about it.
