How same-day delivery works
- Order by 8pm. Anything placed before 8pm goes out the same night. After 8pm it is first run tomorrow.
- We text you. One text when the driver picks up your bag, one when he is outside.
- ID at the door. You must be 21 or older, with government photo ID and a name matching the order.
Paying for and receiving your order
Pay by cash or card at the door. You do not need a medical card: anyone 21 or older with valid government photo ID can order, and the ID is checked at handoff.
The driver texts as he approaches and waits 15 minutes. If nobody comes to the door in that time, the order goes back to dispatch and we reschedule it for the same night when we can, or the next day otherwise. Add your apartment, unit and buzzer details at checkout and keep your phone nearby.
